Shipping policy

We currently offer shipping across Pakistan on all products.

Shipping charges: Orders of PKR 12,000 or more qualify for free shipping, while orders below PKR 12,000 are charged a flat shipping fee of PKR 190. 

Delivery Time: Orders placed before our 9:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time (PKT) cutoff are processed within 2–3 Business days (Handling time), Monday through Saturday. After processing, delivery generally takes an additional 3–5 Business days in transit. Therefore the estimated total delivery time is 5–8 Business days from the date of order.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking & Notifications: Once your order has been handed over to the courier and is successfully booked in their system, we will provide you with the courier company’s tracking URL and tracking number via your registered WhatsApp number and email address. This allows you to conveniently track your order directly through the courier’s website. Our system also automatically sends notifications at key stages of your order, including Order Confirmation, Courier Tracking Information (courier company URL and tracking number), and Order Delivery Confirmation.
